We noticed that Hungarian classics are often treated either too seriously or too simply. That’s not how we do it: we brought the flavors of grandmothers’ cooking, but in a modern guise, so that everyone feels at home with us. Among our stews, the beef stew and the catfish paprikash are particularly popular, and of course our túrós csusza (curd cheese noodle), which arrives in a new guise, has become a favorite of many.
